Múcua is the Angolan name for baobab fruit. For generations, its naturally tangy pulp has been part of Angola’s food culture. Inspired by this African ingredient, we’re developing a baobab-inspired plant-based protein shake concept in Singapore.
Baobab pulp contains vitamin C, fibre and minerals. The nutrition of our finished blend will depend on formulation and testing. Ingredients, serving sizes and packaging are not yet final.
